How long does delivery take?
For South African orders we make use of The Courier Guy – delivering your order will take about 5 working days under normal circumstances.
For shipments to other countries we use Fedex, and shipping times depend on destinations but shouldn’t take more than 30 days.
How can I track my order?
We will send you the tracking number once the parcel has been sent and you will be able to track your package online.
How can I return my order?
Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, please contact us on email@example.com to initiate a returns process.
We do not offer cash refunds; we are happy to exchange items for other products or issue vouchers. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees (you are responsible for the cost to return the item to our premises).
Your product must be unused and in the original packaging.
Items bought from independent stores must be exchanged with them – your purchase should be covered by their policies.
No exchanges or returns on sale or promotional products.
Vouchers and Gift cards are not refundable.
If there are any taxes and duties for international returns, you will be responsible for these charges.
